Planet Nutrition plans to target the growing “Fitness Fanatic” community by entering into marketing agreements with leading gymnasiums and fitness centers. This will enable the Company to directly access its target customers and expand its customer base. The Company has already negotiated an agreement with Peak Fitness. The agreement with Peak Fitness will enable Planet Nutrition to cost-effectively reach its targeted customers, capitalize on cross-selling opportunities and significantly enhance its market share. The Company expects to generate annualized revenues exceeding $10 million from this arrangement by year-end 2009.

World Champion Martial Artist Donald 'The Grinch' Vickers Joins the Planet Nutrition Team

Donald "The Grinch" Vickers, who has won 10 USA World Championships and 8 National Black Belt League World Championships in sports Karate fighting, has joined the Planet Nutrition team and is currently using Planet Nutrition products to supplement his training regimen. World Champion power lifter "Dynamite" Don Ghareeb, a previous USPF International Power Lifting Gold Medal Winner, has also recently joined the Planet Nutrition Team. Ghareeb, 76 years young, works out regularly and still can out lift most men half his age and twice his weight.
